A client asked about opportunities in love. I examined Jupiter transits to the 7th ruler as there are no planets in his 7th. He did meet someone a few days before or after the perfection of the transit. I took a closer look. It wasn't just the quincunx transit to the 7th ruler. Transiting Jupiter also squared the 5th ruler and sextiled the north node a few days i.e. one to three days to one another.
I wonder whether the 5th ruler and the north node has to do with the romantic encounter. Based on modern astrology, the 5th house is involved but I'm sticking with the 7th for now. Although the client mentioned that he was in some recreational activity with his friends when he met the romantic interest. It also helps to have north node in the mix but nodes don't necessarily translate to fated romantic encounters with someone.
I'm inclined to stick with Jupiter aspecting the 7th ruler for now when looking for romantic opportunities.
